Need to return to Non Developer OS?

When Denim comes out, will I need to return to the Lumia Cyan official update on my 1520 in order T update? Or can you go from DP to official Denim?

If you already have Cyan on DP, I don't think it would be a problem! You should be able to update to Denim with no issues

Needing to revert was (hopefully) a one time issue.

The revert "fix" to get Cyan was just to prevent borking those very few phones that were on P4D AND had Bitlocker encryption. That issue was resolved.

Denim and Cyan are firmware upgrades, which are usually dependent on your phone carrier to release, so availability depends on them. When Cyan launched, those on the developer preview had to wait a while longer for the official upgrade, us impatient ones had to roll back to 8.0 first.
