Nothings working O.O

So I got 8.1 downloaded but I can't turn on wifi, can't turn on Cortana, can't search the web, can't see Internet explorer. Anyone else experience this?

Restart the phone and make sure the time and date are set correctly.

You will have to try a hard reset.

I have all of this too, wifi works but many settings and apps don't

Installing one of the smallest keyboards I can find since they come in as updates did Korean 3mb, if that doesn't work I'm hard reseting

didn't get migrating data during the 2nd update actual 8.1, getting it now with the keyboard, fingers crossed

Sorry, I'm hard-reset averse, and the apps that were working vs the ones that weren't made me wonder, what if I try to do it again because phone update said the update didn't complete, it apparently didn't

Honestly, hard resetting was actually really easy. All I had to do was re-pin(and open) my apps and refresh my texts. IDK if that's new to 8.1 but I was really happy I didn't have to re-install all my stuff again.

I ended up going this route eventually as all of my apps wanted to be re installed and I have a lot of apps, did a backup and when I signed in and picked a backup everything came back. But I didn't do the internet sharing fix correctly and now my tethering is off until I find another workaround.

Turns out all we need to do was manually set the click to the right time and year *sigh*
