I'm sorry, but I have to say: I started to think that cyan is only some legend, I haven't seen any real live person which got it on his/her phone (Photos and screenshots don't count.) The delay makes me feel uncomfortable... At least ms should have put some system to the order of the phones for cyan, because now it seems that it's some kind of lottery. I'm usually patient, but now it's taking far too much time.

Just installed Italian FW for my Lumia 820 and now I got the Cyan It was very easy and quick process (of course you need to download IT FW which was 1.20GB if I remember right so if you have slow internet it will take some time).

You mean enrolled in PD,
DP, Developer Phones are only owned by a select few, very few and are in they're own bracket.

For all UK EE customers, finally an update. Although not the best news, at least EE finally gives us an update:

Sad really, when o2 and Vodafone have released the update almost two weeks ago and now we're looking at up until Mid-Sept

if I flash the UK O2 rom on to my UK CV Lumia 920 is it likely to cause any problems?

UPDATE : I flashed the UK O2 rom Product id 059S333 RM-821 VAR GB O2 SL BLACK and it worked great and this is cyan already so no long update
