Why is my phone making calls when I am already on a call?

Voice Recognition Problem

I have a new Nokia 635 phone and a very annoying problem. When talking on the phone to someone, if I say - "Yes I called Pat yesterday", the phone will put whoever I'm talking with on hold, and dial my friend Pat. I've had this happen multiple times, with multiple people on my contact list, so something in the voice recognition is taking over. I checked Cortana each time and found it on, after being shut off, each time I check it. So something is turning that feature on. I'm considering uninstalling Cortana, but it maybe something else. I took it back to Best Buy where I bought it and showed them the problem, they shut off Cortana and said you're good to go, but the problem continues to cycle. HELP PLEASE

Is it possible that you push the search (navigation) button by accident. With this you activate the voice recognition. The button on the right side of the window button.

It's really strange ... Harrie may be right you are accidentally activating Voice recognisation
