Not able to uninstall battery saver app ?

I am using windows lumia cyan and my mobile is lumia 720

I have been facing a problem with battery saver app.

Something pops up saying that :
"Problem with app
Theres a problem with battery saver.First try to buy this app. If that doesnt work you may have to uninstall the app and install it again. "
But I am not able to uninstall it again.
I have tried soft restart also.

The app I am having problem with came pre-installed when I bought the mobile.
I have attached the screenshot of the problem I am facing.

Yeah the date is correct.
Date is set automatically on my phone.

I have tried Sysapp pusher also but that is also not working.

Do I have any other option other than hard reset ?

I too have the same problem on my Lumia 640 XL in exactly the same scenario, the app came preinstalled on my new 640XL.

In addition, the battery indicator never charges to full despite charging it directly from the wall by the Lumia supplied charger even after 3-4 hours. I see that the battery gets suddenly depleted.
