Substitute for Start Perfect / Transparency Tiles App

Hey Guys!

So yesterday I bought my second Windows Phone: A Microsoft (Nokia) Lumia 930.

I remembered an App which I already used on my Nokia Lumia 1020. It is called Start Perfect / Transparency Tiles.
It let's you create App-Tiles on your startscreen which are transparent but there are only a few apps available.

Is there another option or another app which does the same but you can create your own App-Tiles and link them with apps,
so if you click on the Tile it will start the app?

I tried the app "Cool Tiles" but I didn't really get the hang of it. If Cool Tiles is the right app for exactly this procedure can someone
explain the app to me?

I'm not aware of an app that will allow you to make custom app shortcuts. I know 8.1 HD Tiles lets you do web links and some stuff, so I'd try that for starters.
