My Windows Phone restarts when I log into my accounts
Recently, I noticed that my Microsoft Lumia 535 windows phone will restart every time I try to log into any of my accounts. I can still connect to Wifi and type the password normally, but only when I try to log into Facebook or Gmail account, the phone will just restarts. It seems to me that my phone is rejecting entry of any account information. The phone will just freeze once I add my account info and/or password. The parody is that I can enter the Wifi password normally but not any other account. I tried to hard-set the phone by re-installing the whole software into my windows phone as recommended, but the problem still persists. Does any one have similar problems or can any one help with that?
