After installing the Windows 10 from Windows Insider, I decided I'd revert back to 8.1. I used Windows Phone Recovery Tool and it went back, no problem.
All my settings/apps were lost. I went to the 'backup' feature and there doesn't seem to be an option to actually restore from one of my prior backups. Am I missing something? How do I restore? And if I can't, what's the point of that stupid feature? Not a huge deal, because I was able to restore most everything pretty quick, but kind of lame in general.
