Nokia lumia 925 firmware flash

Hi Guys
I'm new to windows phones, however i have had an android samsung s3 that i've flash the rom on many times so I am familiar with the territory so to speak. i've done a lot of reading over the last few days and seen a lot of rubbish and good advice, but still have a number of questions that seemt o remain very 'grey area'd'
Sooo the story goes. I'm in the UK byt he way,
I bought a brand new lumia 925 - its dutch originally and is sim unlocked but branded T-mobile, now running latest windows 8.1 I want to flash to de brand it
Can you flash a lumia 925?
Is a cable required, or OTA as i cannot seem to get mine to connect to any of the suggested softwares ie nokia care?
will a flash of a UK rom work on a non uk model?
Advice on process?

Right so the tutorial was perfect, tools were A1. Got through it first time in about 20 minutes, no issues
Went from rom 059T7R7 RM892 Euro T Mobile
Flashed to 059S916 RM892 UK unbranded
