Mint Sim APN Settings

I have a HTC One M8 running Windows Phone 8.1

I just purchased a Mint Sim and it works great. My problem is that I don't have settings for the internet or MMS. Does anyone have Mint Sim running on Windows phone running smoothly? If so, could you please share APN and MMS settings?

I have found that only 1 of my phone (ATT lumia 1520) allows for tethering. My 830, and 920 both have problems. 830 says the app didn't respond in time. The 920 says it needs to be added to the plan.
