Why is FB and Calender still running in background after I close the apps?

Apps still running in background

I am using Lumia 820 and its running on Windows Cyan . Whenever i open a facebook or a calender and then press arrow <- to close the apps, it looks like its still open if we hard press the arrow button again to check which apps are pending close. and yes i have used batter saver apps to disallow facebook to work in backgroud. its a bug please help!!!

Not a bug, that's a way they are working in wp 8.1

Its not a bug but still not optimal as MSFT is explaining that you should close those background apps to extend battery live in their very own "Lumia Help + Tips" app.

btw: what has this topic todo with WP8.2?

They are not running in background, don't use resources and SHOULD be faster to resume
