Explanation for the Sort Order of System Items

Basically, it's sorted in the order in which the settings apps have been added/updated to the phone.

Today, Nokia updated Glance and Extras+Info, so they're at the bottom of the list. A few days ago, we had Touch and Storage Check updates, so they're slightly higher up.

So, it's not random, it's not some weird order set by Microsoft.

Granted that many of the options won't likely see updates so are seen in the familiar order you see them now.
