Questions to ask oneself before switching to Windows Phone 8

Obviously Windows Phone is not perfect just like other platforms so before a person switches to Windows Phone what issues, small or big are there that should be considered by the person before he/she takes the jump? For example one question I've asked myself is if I'd be fine without Dropbox or Instagram support. Since I don't use either I don't mind the lack of these apps. But I'd like to know what other issues there are so I can determine whether I can live with those issues or not.

World is your oyster and so is the internet. Google stuff or just search forums and it won't take longer than 2 minutes to find issues and benefits for WP8.

Please don't start another WP8 issues there because it is just a personal choice as you mentioned in your post. What might be an issue to you, will be nothing to me.
