Background Notifications And Battery Saver

So I think I found a correlation between Battery Saver and other apps. I just got a L920 and came with like no charge so I was working with like a nearly dead battery. At one point I had to turn on the Battery Saver. When I charged up and turned it off I noticed Emails and Skype notifications either were delayed or never came through. After a soft restart every thing came in almost instantaneous.

So I turned on and off Battery Saver again and noticed my Skype notifications stopped coming in and Email notification seemed delayed. I again restarted and everything works like butter now. So maybe a possible bug?

Anyone else willing to try this to confirm?

Battery saver stops background data usage and also stops all background tasks to reduce power consumption. You'll still get calls and texts, and data will still work in whatever app you're running at the moment.

I know but try turning it on then off and have someone send something to you via Skype.

Skype is in beta. You've likely found a bug.
