    Can't find it in the store, looked online and could not find a direct link to it anywhere. I would like to use it but I can't find where it is to download it to my phone.

    It's already built-in, no app needed. Hit the capacitive Magnifying Glass icon on the bottom right of your device, which will open Bing. Then tap the icon that looks like an Eye, which should be on the bottom right of the screen. Congrats, you're now using Bing Vision!

    Click search bottom right... Bing vision is in there.

    just set your browser and search language English (American) and you will get Bing vision

    After Windows Phone 8.1 Preview, "Bing Vision" is only accessible when Cortana is enabled by changing the region to United States! Took a while to figure it out. What a fail!
