    When my surface tab arrives, will all my apps I bought on my phone be available on the tab or will i have to purchase them again?

    It's a completely different app store. Surface uses the Windows 8 app store, phone uses Windows Phone app store.

    Phone apps can't run on the tablet, and vice versa.

    As of right now, it is a different app store. Later, it WILL be one store and one OS. Microsoft is slowly making that happen...
