Portico fixed corrupt updates

The phone is finally able to update/install the extras+info without it having getting error 8103010d. HALLELUJAH, no hard reset!

Right, no error any more, but stuck on INSTALLING....

EDIT: After few minutes installing, extras+info has finally back to normal!
