So I ended up posting the same thing (exactly, character for character) to both FB and Twitter the other day and noticed that when you do that, even if you don't do it through the ME tile but through completely separate methods (FB web directly, Twitter web directly), WP8 shows you the replies for BOTH if you tap the latest update in the ME tile.
The example below is reproducing it via the ME tile status update to both services, but I initially noticed it the other night after posting the exact same update to each service separately using their clients.
