I have a nokia 920 with wp8 os all I want is to have a tile on my start screen that takes me directly to bing. I have created other internet short cuts on my phone but can't seem how to get bing there and not the one where it redirects(Bing)

    Thanks In Adance

    I have a solution

goto your settings and then to Internet Explorer settings

change Website preference from "mobile" to "desktop version"

It'll always bring you to the desktop version of every site though. Other than that there is no way around it that I know of.

You already have direct access to Bing. It's the magnifying glass in the lower right corner of the phone. No matter where you are in the phone, you hit that and it will go directly to Bing. Bam! No need to take up space on your home screen with a tile.
    Great deal likes this.
