Interesting thing after soft reset

Hello all, after I do a soft reset to my lumia 820 when the phone asks for pin code for sim card I accidentaly press the back button for a few seconds and as you may guess the main screen comes smaller like when you want to select an app runs in background. Then I again tap to screen and I saw that it does not ask for a pin code and goes to the start screen. Could you try this for yourself and share your opiniom whether there is a problem?

You do not have to long press the back button. When you are in the screen entering the pin, if you press the back button it will take you to the home screen. Once you try to make a call it will require your pin. Remember that the pin is for your SIM card and not your phone. You can protect your phone by putting a password in the lockscreen settings.
