Settings for enabling and Disabling Suggestions section for New App Add to Contacts from Microsoft!

Hi,

I have recently downloaded and installed ADD TO CONTACTS app from the Store and it asks for enabling and disabling the suggestion section.

I cant somehow figure out where to do this, anybody there who can help me with this , who has already downloaded this App?

In 'Add to Contacts' app go to the bottom-right 3 dot menu (...)
Select 'How to Use'
A User guide does an auto page sequence ending in a 'Turn on Suggestions' popup



So the app develop says to turn off and then back on the 'Suggestions' feature in the WP8 Search app, located at
Settings | Applications | Search | Suggestions

This 'Suggestions' option is in the WP8 Settings (not the Add to Contacts app settings)





And finally the developer says to open (and close) the app a few times for this setting change to 'take' apparently.
