The 521 is a great phone!

I switched from my HTC 8x and frankly I like the 521 better. Here's why:

? lighter, easier to hold
? Nokia apps
? seems equally as brisk
? battery seems to last longer

Its got some oddities like find my phone showing as off but overall I am extremely impressed. Others agree? No?

I also have the 8x, and I can't say that I like the 521 better. I definitely love the price better! Lol! But the 8x has more features that I love. However, the 521 is unmatched in price and features for its class! So far its a wonderful phone. Great buy!

The camera is pretty awful, but what can you expect for a $129 phone?

I just got my Lumia 521 earlier today from Walmart and it's been pretty awesome! It's a good companion for my Nexus 4. :smile:

For my needs the camera is sufficient. Kinda dig cinemagraph too.

Battery drains at a slower pace than the 8x. But with a weaker processor and smaller screen it makes sense.
