Can we remove carrier billing as an option?

So I have the mode of payment I want to use on my Microsoft account and so does my daughter. Don't ever want anything to go to the carrier for billing as it is a biz account. Can the the carrier billing be removed or turned off? Just in case there is a whoops and we hit a wrong button.

You can delete it from your wallet and add a PIN so no purchases can be made without it.

Update: turns out if you refresh the wallet app the carrier billing option returns so the best bet is to add a PIN which is required to open the Wallet as well protecting purchases.

I'm thinking if you go into your microsoft account and edit billing options online, you may be able to remove it. Since I can't access my MS account (some parts of it, anyway) at work, I can't test this right now, though.

I tried the Microsoft account deal and couldn't even find the carrier on there.

you can call your carrier and have it disabled.
