Upload my contact to my Hotmail mail?

Hi, I have all my contact on gmail account and I got all this contact on my phone (HTC 8X).
Now I want to stop using the gmail account and upload all this contacts to my Hotmail account.
How can I do that?

just add both email account into your phone and press sync, it should sync all the contacts into your hotmail. That's how I did it, =)

I did that but I can't confirm that this syncing happened correctly, How can I check if the contacts has been uploaded?

I try to deselect the Gmail account from contact filter and choose only Hotmail account but the contact doesn't exist in this account.
I need a new way to upload the contact.

login to your gmail account on a desktop browser

export all your contacts into a CVS, save it

login to your outlook / hotmail account. go to People

In the right panel, you'll see Outlook asking if you want to important from Gmail, facebook, select import from file. Choose the file you saved and upload =)

Now edit your contacts properly and never use GMail again =D!
