I downloaded a speech update and when the phone was installing it, it was stuck at the gear icons. So, I pressed the power+volume down to shut it down. But after that, when it restarted, it followed the sequence Nokia logo-> Gear Icon -> :-( (yes the smiley literally).
I have tried to press the volume down after draining the battery completely but that just keeps on rebooting the phone only up to Nokia logo and shuts it down and again and again.
I also tried connecting the charger after the battery has drained out and let it start up automatically but it reached the same point where it just shows the smiley :-(.
Has anyone ever experienced an issue like this? What could be a possible fix for this? Do I need to go to a Nokia Care Center?
