1. Don't say "gay." Are you 12?
2. You could always just power cycle the phone manually (turn it off, turn it back on). Perhaps head over to the 928 forum with a few more details and someone may be able to help.

if you are sure its fully charge and even the factory reset you describe is not working, then probably you toast your motherboard.

That's correct.

It now takes about 10 seconds holding the volume down & power buttons to initiate the soft reset.. . .
