Windows 7.8 v windows 8.0

Stupid question time, i have a lumia 720 that runs on windows 7.8 , it is used primarily for work where i have to access one website several times a day. The website has several pages i have to navigate until i find the answer i require ( automotive paint codes and formulations), it works flawlessly on the Lumia 720. However i have now purchased a Lumia 520 which runs Windows 8 and i cant access the website fully, i can get to the pages i need but the very last part is not accessible ?

Is it possible to downgrade from Windows 8.0 to 7.8 ?

Are you referring to the 710, rather than the 720?

The 710 runs WP7.x.

It is not possible to run WP7.x on a WP8 device, nor is it possible to run WP8 on a WP7.x device.

And, no, you cannot downgrade from 8.x to 7.x.

Hmm. Unless Microsoft screwed something up, sites that work well on IE9 should work well on IE10. Hmm. On what browser is that site supposed to work well on?

Good morning, first thing you say your 720 runs 7.8 now i will admit i don't have a 720 but im pretty sure the 720 runs wp 8.0. Now i do however have a 520 as a back up phone. The 520 runs 8.0 yes but there is no way to put 7.8 on it remembering you don't have a pc in your hand. Im not sure as to why you would want 7.8 other than to use the Zune software again that's the only thing i miss about my titan. Try changing your settings to desktop not mobile in internet explorer settings and let us know if it works
