hi guys,

when i try to update my profile pic in the "ME" hub, it shows the old pic that i selected two months back :angry::angry::angry:

I just can't update my profile pic now :unhappy::unhappy:

I am assuming you have linked your facebook profile in your phone, just change the facebook cover photo because the phone pulls your pic from there

Settings > Email Accounts > Tap and hold the hotmail account and tap sync, report back what happens.

I could actually change my profile picture with the article link I posted above, it took me to the gallery and allowed me to select a picture of my liking (I am on a Lumia 720, no GDR 2)

actually you have to manually change the picture by tapping and selecting the pic that you want on your ME hub as a description pic. The syncing doesn't helps.
