cannot install apps on GDR3 Samsung Ativ S

He guys I recently had a panic mode when my phone was stuck and I couldn't do anything other than see the lock screen and have a black screen. But I fixed that by using the hardware resets. But after I did that I now cannot install apps on my phone. like literally anything and I keep getting the error 8007049a and error 80004004. even if I have my WIFI connected. DO I NEED TO HARD RESET??? If I do that I'm afraid that my phone will have the black screen. So is there anything I can do to fix it other than hard reset???
