Email dropping from list.

How do I stop my phone dropping emails off the bottom of the list? It's not deleting them, as I can still see them on the PC. But often I want to refer back to a previously read email and find it's gone from my phone (1020).

That's because your phone, more than likely is set to only sync emails onto the device for a certain time frame. 1, 2 weeks or a month. Now you can set it to sync and keep EVERYTHING, but that can take a lot of space and data. You'll find this I'm email, settings, sync settings. I use web mail or a basic app for instances like this, or I just forward it to myself.
