Can you move apps,games,music etc from internal mem to sd card on wp8. Could on android from which i have just migrated and am filling up my 4 gb very quickly on my Nokia 625. Ta for any info.

r u an user of WP 8.1? i mean this feature is there in WP 8.1
if u have upgraded or will upgrade to WP 8.1, u will be able to do that. except a few apps like pocket file manager which specifically required to be installed on phone, all the other apps can be transfered to SD card, and further, the new apps n games can be installed on the card.

Ta for reply. No am not on 8.1 as migrated after upgrade and phone still on 8. So looks like a wait for official 8.1. Ah well that's life. Ta ShreyansShah.

By the way is there an official date for 8.1 to be released as all i can find is August,Septemberish maybe. Vaguely precise.

If you live in the US then the date is for somewhere at the end of May :smile:

Unfortunately i live in the uk so knowing our luck it will be august( i sincerely hope not as i need the sd card management sooner rather than later).
