I can tell you that it doesn't work, fwiw. I have one of these. The first one was dead on arrival from newegg--not recognized by any device I plugged it into. After considerable difficulty (the support reps couldn't recognize the product even given the number off it) I got a replacement. This one is recognized by Windows machines on the full-size USB connector, but so far is not recognized by a Samsung Nook tablet, which according to SanDisks compatibility web site tester, is compatible. I'm not sure whether this sample is still defective on one interface, or whether I need to find another tablet to test with--maybe Samsung/nook left out some bits. However, their own compatility tester says it should work...
So far, I'm not impressed by this critter--it's taken about 3 weeks to get a working model, and so far that only works as a standard USB drive with Windows machines...
