I have contacted Chase over the past year of so asking about a Windows Phone app, and have usually gotten a generic "thank you for your comment...." reply. Recently, I received more of a live response from them telling me that it's not something they're actively working on because they frankly dont hear many requests for it.
So, let's encourage each other to reach out to Chase and let them know that the app is something that a large group of users want. If you login to your Chase account online, you can navigate through their Contact Us section to ask them when an app will be available to Windows Phone users.

Just told them to get off their butts and make a WP7 app...I hope they create one so I can stop using pageonce..
Here's the response I got back:

suggestion to the development team for consideration.
We're continually working to improve our products and

I wrote this previously in another thread:
So I was poking around the interwebs today at work...
And I found that Chase has just released a Blackberry App...
I also found this article about Chase outsourcing their bank apps to a third party developer quite some time ago, and I'm hoping they were working on both Blackberry and WP7 concurrently. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

I was shocked and crying at the fact that they didn't have an app for our phones! :mad:
So I sent them a VERY POLITE email regarding this, and their response was:

I recently switched from iOS to WP7 and I must say I thoroughly enjoy windows mobile platform. As a chase customer obviously I would like an app so I sent an email and got this response.

We appreciate your interest for the Windows OS to cater
your banking needs. Chase understands that the banking
industry changes frequently and we recognize technological
turning point for all mobile phone users.
As of this time, we have no information if we are going to
release a Chase application for the Windows Mobile
Operating System but we are already recognizing the number
of consumers who uses this system regularly. We will
inform you of any developments in the near future if we
will launch an application for Windows Mobile users.

I sent them this.
I find it extremely disappointing that Chase does not yet have an app for windows phone 7, the freshest and most innovative operating system for a phone yet. Further adding insult to injury is the fact that blackberry/RIM, a rapidly dying brand by anyone's standards, has an app. When do you plan on releasing one? I'd hate to have to switch over to Bank of America for the convenience factor.
