Task list is hidden in the calendar and shows up on the calendar live tile. From the calendar agenda view, swipe left or right to get to a task list. You can add, delete and remove "todo" tasks from there.

Boxd is a pretty good to-do list app. It will let you pin individual lists to your start screen. Very simple to use.

Disclaimer: I am the developer of this app, let me know what features you would like me to add.
