As the title suggest, I have an Orange contract that I am wishing to use for mobile operator billing and I'm finding it unneccessarily difficult to get an answer or how to find out if it works or not...
I have a Nokia Lumia 900 from Phones4U (therefore sim free, factory unlocked phone) and I just cannot get this to work... I cannot download free apps because it says the message where its not available in the country, region or carrier etc
I didnt have this problem with Vodafone (then again they don't do carrier billing for Windows Phone Marketplace, which is a major pain in the backside)
So my question is to those who are on Orange UK network with Windows Phone devices that weren't purchased from Orange themselves, have you got carrier billing to work?
