Never had an issue. Check with your teller, your account has to be in good standing with no overdrafts or bad history within the last 12 months to use it.
The Chase App lets me login just fine, but my deposits don't work. Then I noticed the check images were actually saving to my camera roll.

We regret to inform you that we do not support yet the Windows 8 for mobile QuickDeposit. We will send communications once we have updated our system in one of our future system enhancements. You may deposit the check at Chase ATM's or at the branch or use other mobile device like iPhone for QuickDeposit.
