I wrote an app, KumoPrint, that uses Google Cloud Print so that you can print web pages and SkyDrive documents from your Windows Phone: KumoPrint | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States). If you've never heard of Google Cloud Print before, it's basically a service that Google provides so that you can print to any printer from any mobile device. Some printers are supported "out of the box" and you can print directly to them, whereas some old printers that don't natively support Google Cloud Print require a PC to be running the Cloud Print software on the same local network so that remotely-submitted jobs can be sent to the printer. There is currently a bug that occasionally occurs on Windows Phone 8 with displaying the list of files available for printing on SkyDrive. An update is in the works to fix the bug and should be available in a few days.

Will it allow me to print emails?

Unfortunately, there's no way for the app to integrate with the Mail app on the phone. However ,if your e-mail account has a web-based interface (Outlook.com, Gmail, etc. have this), you can use the built-in web browser in KumoPrint to navigate to your mail account and print out messages/attachments from there.
