I read about it over Neowin. The issue seems to have to do with uploading videos to Rudy's server. Rudy said he's already looking for a workaround.

yep, read it this morning on some tech blog. Rudy will be hopefully quick to resolve the issues. I mean he resolved a few mentioned.

Rudy has claimed this guy has been at him for awhile and Im pretty Msoft and the people from Nokia who has helped him wouldn't let just anything pass. Also Instagram had said to him that they wish him a great launch (did they contact anyone else? no)

I don't know the entire stuff behind the scenes, but even if he is after Rudy , he will need to fix the issues anyway. It will only help and secure end users.
