Well just say I use snap chat in the past on my Android phone but the phone was bricked and so I got myself Lumia phone.
Next I realize that there is no snap chat app in store. I use 3rd party one then got my account locked.
After few months after that they remove the support my devices section in support board.
Now I'm feels like a customer who uses their services in past now getting abandoned because my system choice is company really allowed to do that?
And now it's like their customer doesn't want to listen to me anymore.
