why do i keep getting error code 80048264 when I try to download apps?

Every time I try to download an app (even free apps) I keeps saying error code 80048364.

To add to the above answer, check the date and time on your phone this might also cause this issue.

Or could be an issue with store, cause for the past 2 weeks or so, whenever I try to install an app it goes till about halfway & refuses to install unless I do a soft reset... No error msgs for me though

I have been getting error code 80004005 for a couple of weeks now on some paid apps I own
for instance weather to go
was updated so went halfway and would not update fully
so deleted app try to re install getting above error
on my phone says paid app
from the laptop it asks for payment
although I own app
