Universal app store doubt..!!

What does the universal app store means?? Does that mean all the apps available in windows store will also be available in windows phone store and vice versa..??

That is also a question..lets see what happens in future,but right now it is some doubt.

That will be available in windows 10, the app store will be one for all windows 10 devices (Phones, Tablets, Pcs,.. etc) , so any app will be published once, and you will be able to use it everywhere.
