Why doesn't my Windows Phone have All apps as other platforms like iOS and Android have?

Why Windowsphone have All apps as other platform like iOS and Android have?

I have seen most of app are with Android and iOS. Android is ok but, at least WP have most of app as iOS have to be in MArket.

If you meant why Microsoft have their apps on all platforms - that's to get more revenue, data, exposure and good will
