new game MARIO GOLF??

so yeah,

dunno if you guys notice but a new game just came out.... *GOLF*

the game is 100% based on the MARIO GOLF game on the Original NINTENDO ( same golf course , he even uses MARIO as your golfer.....)

how did this even get approved?? don’t get me wrong , it was a CLASIC game lol ...and it was fun….
but how the **** is this not some sort of copy right.... may as well have a NES emulator.....

surprised it got by MS`s APP approval check list..

It's in the UK marketplace and costs ?1.49 but doesn't have a trial.

Looking at the screenshots it looks very 'Itsa Me! Mario!'

Publisher is Jesse Dudley if I have the right one.

Yeah, there's no trial here in Canada either....and yes it's called "Golf" too. It's also $1.99 here, and I might buy it.....in a couple of months when the price drops. ;-)
