Been reading around about moving apps to SD, Can This be done?

I have an ASUS vivotab RT LTE, my storage space is getting very low. I have been snooping around and it seems you can move apps to sd card after some tweaks. Is this able to be done or is it all locked down again?

I really don't think it can be done. Probably possible, but awkward I bet.

It's technically possible, but it takes some hacking.... Try XDA for more info.

There is\was a registry hack to do it.
I got it working on the Surface RT I don't have anymore.

The problem is with every fix or update from Microsoft it resets certain registry changes.
I noticed the hack I found was always overwritten by any hotfix update.

You're right. There WAS a hack and updates have rendered it useless. The person on XDA who created the hack has dropped support of that thread as well.

What a simple thing to be done by Microsoft, and totally change the way the Older machines can operate.
