Sony tells a hacked PS4 customer to file with his bank, then promptly fights the charges.

This is kinda sad, and also kinda hilarious. Not for the customer, but in general. When PSN was hacked yet again, someone got this person's account info and charged $500 worth of games. Sony told the customer that the only way to get the money would be to file with the bank and have then demand the money back from Sony. The customer did that, then Sony denied the charges and somehow won.
