Any way to make playlists on Xbox Music without a Windows 8 device?

I have a 920, and I have enough Bing Rewards credits to get a free 1-month pass.... The only reason I'm balking is because the only places that I will be able to access it from will by my Xbox and my Lumia. Is there any way to create playlists on either of those devices, or can the WP Connector app for Mac be used for this? Thanks in advance!

You can save now playing as a playlist. I have three.

Can you queue songs though? I'm getting closer to making a decision now.

Just single songs I go and pick artist, flip to the song I want to start with then go to the recently played and select it again. Then, just start holding songs or albums and adding to now playing. Then, go to now playing and save.
