Well Windows Phone app made a mess of that?

In theory this should of worked a treat. I used the desktop app, it found my iTunes music no problem, I selected my playlists I wanted an synced.

Went to the phone and the only thing is actually synced was genres and even at that nothing in the genres, EG it will show, House, Dance, Country etc, but go into the genre nothing.

Where did I go wrong? Songs are definitely on the phone as I can view them when connected to the computer.

Sometimes I have the same problem. Try reconnecting your phone and syncing again, this solves the problem for me.
