I just received an email from MS, stating that my $2.50 MS Account credit is set to expire at the end of the month. I assume this is my residual from when Zune points went away. However, I have yet to figure out how to use it. There's no redemption code, and when I've purchased phone apps, it doesn't apply automatically. Just chatted with "David" on MS Xbox support. It took him 10 minutes just to figure out what I was trying to do. My thought was to apply it to my monthly music subscription. He said there's no way to do that yet. So I asked him how I apply it to ANYTHING. After 5 minutes, he got back and said "hold on, let me research that". At that point I gave up. Has anybody else managed the Herculean feat of applying a credit? I know it's not much, but it's more to me than it is MS.
