Play windows mobile game purchases on Xbox one?

It is Windows Phone, not Windows Mobile (two different OS's). Possible? Sure. Likely? No. You might see some games that have versions for both that allow saved games to be used on both or stuff like that. Doubt though you would ever be able to buy a game on your phone and have the same game be free on the xbox one. Just my opinion; then again, what do I know!

possible... could be the part of microsofts "3 screen ecosystem" and the 3 products all using windows NT

Mapping a touch screen game onto a console controller is going to be interesting. That said, using Kinect to control it could probably work.

That does lead me to question whether the Xbox One could support a touch screen monitor.
