XBOX App on Windows 10

Has the ability to connect to your XBOX One (in order to stream games to W10) always been available in the XBOX App on Windows 10? Or did it just become available with the 10049 build?

All I can do is connect (successfully) to my XBOX One, but there isn't anything else after that... Hopefully it comes in the next build or so! Excited about this feature!

Very excited for this feature/app. My main question is if other video apps such as Plex can be used locally on the Xbox, whilst I stream a game to the PC. Fingers crossed...

That feature has not been enabled yet you did get some previous updates if you are part of the preview program tweaking it for it's preparation

Would someone mind inviting me to the preview program? I have a OTA tuner and antenna to connect and want to try the features but its only for preview members currently. Gamertag is the same as my name here.
